The company announced the retirement of William E. Cash, Jr., Principle Pharmacy Group’s Founder and Chairman.  Mr. Cash will continue to serve as a Director on the Board.  Chuck Jett was named as the company’s new CEO.  From 2000 until earlier this year, Mr. Jett served as CEO of Emageon Inc., a Birmingham-based healthcare technology company that he led from start-up through its initial public offering and eventual sale to a strategic acquirer.
