Chuck Jett
Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Jett is Principle’s chairman, CEO and president. For more than 20 years, he has been a successful entrepreneur, investor, business founder and executive officer. From 2000 to 2008, Mr. Jett served as the chairman, CEO and president of Emageon Inc., a public healthcare IT company. Emageon was acquired by AMICAS, Inc. in 2009. Prior to this he was chairman, CEO and president of Revere, Inc., having risen through the ranks as vice president of sales and then, president. Revere was acquired by Walker Interactive Systems (now Elevon) in 1997. Mr. Jett remained with Revere as its vice president and general manager until 1999. Before his tenure with Revere, he was national sales manager for Shoptrac Data Collection Systems, Inc. Mr. Jett also serves as a director for a number of not-for-profit entities.

John Hamilton
Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Hamilton is Principle’s executive vice president and CFO. His responsibilities include managing financial and accounting operations and developing new business and opportunities for the company. With more than 15 years of financial management experience in various entrepreneurial ventures, Mr. Hamilton has an extensive background in financial operations, raising capital, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic alliances. Before joining Principle in 2004, Mr. Hamilton served as CFO for a private equity group investing primarily in the manufacturing and distribution industries. Prior to that, he served as CFO for various information technology and healthcare companies and began his career with Ernst and Young. Mr. Hamilton has his BS in Accounting from the University of Kentucky and an MBA from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where he is an Advisory Board member for the Department of Finance in the School of Business.

Brian Beckett, PharmD
Chief Clinical Officer

Dr. Beckett is Principle’s CCO and began his career with the company in 2002. In addition, he also serves as Principle’s compliance officer. With more than 20 years of healthcare experience, Dr. Beckett is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of all clinical and medical practices, including data management, clinical quality and pharmaceutical purchasing. He also oversees supply chain management, purchasing and new pharmacy contracts for the company. Prior to coming to Principle, he was the pharmacy director at HealthSouth Metro West Hospital in Birmingham, Alabama, and was assistant professor of pharmacy practice at Samford University McWhorter School of Pharmacy. Dr. Beckett earned his BS and Doctor of Pharmacy degrees from the University of Georgia.

Boscoe Godfrey, RPh
President, Pharmacy Management

Mr. Godfrey is Principle’s president of pharmacy management. He has been with the company since 2002 and has served in various leadership roles, originally as COO. With more than 30 years of experience in the pharmacy services business, Mr. Godfrey has extensive knowledge in the development of business organizations, pharmacy operations, process management, group purchasing organizations (GPOs), quality assurance and recruiting services. He has worked with several outsourcing companies in various operational and leadership roles. Mr. Godfrey received his BS in Pharmacy from the University of Arkansas as well as a BA in Psychology.

Brian Booth
Executive Vice President, Sales & Marketing

Mr. Booth is Principle’s executive vice president of sales and marketing, bringing 15 years of senior healthcare experience to the company. Prior to Principle, he served eight years as vice president, then senior vice president with Emageon Inc., a public healthcare IT company. Prior to Emageon, Mr. Booth co-founded HealthMatrix, an orthopaedic disease management company, and before that held successful roles with two other start-ups, one of which, MedPartners, went public in 1995 and was acquired by CareMark (now CVS). The other company, VIVA Health, a health maintenance organization was acquired by the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) Health System. Mr. Booth earned his BS degree from the University of Alabama.
