Announces Founder's Retirement, New CEO, Officers Principle Pharmacy Group, Inc., a leading pharmacy services company providing institutional pharmacy management and specialty pharmacy services for long term acute care hospitals and community hospitals, announced the following: The company announced the retirement of William E. Cash, Jr., Principle Pharmacy Group’s Founder and Chairman. Mr. Cash will continue to serve as a Director on the Board. Chuck Jett was named as the company’s new CEO. From 2000 until earlier this year, Mr. Jett served as CEO of Emageon Inc., a Birmingham-based healthcare technology company that he led from start-up through its initial public offering and eventual sale to a strategic acquirer. Brian Booth was named Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Mr. Booth is also joining the company after nine years of service to Emageon Inc. The company also named Boscoe Godfrey, a long-term Principle Pharmacy Group executive to the newly created position of President, Pharmacy Management Division. Additionally, the company announced its Board of Directors will consist of CEO, Chuck Jett; Principle Pharmacy Group Founder, William E. Cash, Jr.; Bob Schulz and Rick Stowe of Health Enterprise Partners; and Roddy Clark, Senior Managing Partner at Redmont Venture Partners.
